2. Handmade and Personalized Products
All items available in the store are handmade with attention to detail and natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur, which are natural characteristics of this type of production.
Customized products are produced to order and according to the specifications provided by the customer.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Available payment methods are indicated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of purchase.
4. Production and Deliveries
Production time varies between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the item.
This timeframe does not include shipping time, which depends on the chosen delivery method.
Jane Made is not responsible for any delays attributable to transportation services.
5. Returns and Complaints
Personalized products are not eligible for return, except in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect;
- Incorrect shipment.
For any complaints, please contact the indicated email address within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving the order, describing the problem and including images of the item.
