Since our items are customized toWe only accept returns or exchanges of personalized items if they are defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
Refunds
- TermRefunds will be processed within 14 days after inspection of the returned product and notification of resolution.
- Amount Refunded:
- This only includes the value of the returned products.
- The cost of transportation will be refunded. only if the reason for the return is Jane Made's responsibility. (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
- Payment Method:
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Delays in Reimbursement:

Damaged or Defective Items
